FCA Attorney Nathaniel Smith Moderates Panel on Case Settlement at Taxpayers Against Fraud Whistleblower Law Practice Accelerator Conference

During this year’s inaugural Whistleblower Law Practice Accelerator conference put on by TAFEF, False Claims Act attorney Nathaniel Smith moderated a panel titled “FCA Settlements: Strategies and Considerations.” Along with Nathaniel, the panel included other experienced False Claims Act attorneys James Breen of Breen Law Firm, P.A., Susan Gouinlock of Wilbanks & Gouinlock, LLP, and Jeremy Friedman of the Law Office of Jeremy L.
