Connecticut AUSA Announces Settlement of FCA Claim Brought by Client Represented by Susan Coler and Nathaniel Smith

We are happy to announce the settlement of an FCA claim brought by our client Mr. Balistrieri. The defendant paid over $475k to resolve allegations that its claims on government contracts included illegal inflated G&A rates. Notably, our client received a 19% share of the proceeds received by the government.
