Our Team

Kyle HahnAn experienced employment attorney, Kyle Hahn is fearless in holding companies accountable for illegal workplace practices.

A member of Halunen Law’s employment law practice group, Kyle brings a collaborative spirit,
an acute understanding of the legal process, and a deep determination to hold others accountable for their illegal actions. In Kyle, clients will find an attorney with a professional, empathetic approach and a dogged determination to get them justice.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas Law School, Hahn has experience in a range of legal practices, but finds the greatest satisfaction representing employees seeking justice in the workplace. His work includes discrimination, retaliation, and the gamut of employment matters, and he has considerable litigation experience in state and federal courts.

Kyle studied history and political science as an undergrad, but a new spark ignited when a professor presented how lawyers had changed history through their work. Kyle excelled in law school and today views his legal career as the path to honoring his Innate drive to make a difference and improve the world around him.

Kyle’s was a military family, and as such, they moved a lot. When members of his family settled in Minnesota, he put down roots here and embraced all the state has to offer. He enjoys running, fishing, skiing, video games, spending time with family close by and traveling to see others who live around the country.
