With over 20 years of experience as a paralegal, Erika Hernandez brings deep experience and professionalism to her role as Paralegal. 

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and driven to uncover the full story behind every case, Erika brings decades of experience supporting attorneys across personal injury, workers’ compensation, mass tort, criminal defense, and civil litigation matters. Her professionalism and steady hand in fast-paced environments have made her an indispensable presence on every team she’s supported. With experience across the legal profession, Erika is excited to hone in on employment law cases to achieve justice for her clients and ensure fair treatment for those in the workplace.

While attending business school, the law firm Erika was interning at needed a bilingual paralegal, and thanks to her Spanish fluency she found her calling. Erika combines sharp investigative instincts with a talent for making complex records and legal documents clear and accessible — whether she’s interviewing witnesses, managing demanding caseloads, or ensuring nothing falls through the cracks under tight deadlines. When not in the office, Erika and her husband can be found at one of their kids’ soccer games or dance competitions.
