Halunen Law and its partner lawfirms have filed a class action Complaint against IKO shingles. The class action alleges that IKO designed, manufactured, and sold defective shingles to New Jersey residents. The lawsuit seeks compensation for all property owners in New Jersey who have suffered damages as a result of IKO’s allegedly defective shingles. The Complaint alleges that IKO’s shingles prematurely fail in that they curl, deteriorate, fall off, and otherwise fail to perform as expected.
