Kitec Plumbing Class Action Lawsuit
Halunen & Associates is currently investigating faulty Kitec brass plumbing fittings used with the Kitec pex pipe. These fittings have been known to fail and leak, putting a home’s structure and contents at risk for water damage. Due to a high concentration of lead in the brass fittings, the fittings lead to dezincification, resulting in a powdery white corrosive residue.
