FedEx Violations of FMLA
![]()
The Federal government has guaranteed all employees the right not to be fired, retaliated against, and treated unfairly for taking time off from work under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Halunen & Associates is currently investigating FedEx, as well as other employers for alleged violations of employee rights under FMLA. Such violations include suspending employees, demoting employees, changing employees’ routes, reassigning the employees’ trucks, and firing employees under a “three strikes” policy.
We are currently gathering information for this case and others. If you or someone you know has recently applied for FMLA while employed at FedEx or elsewhere and has been fired or retaliated against, do not hesitate to contact our offices or fill out our contact form. We will be happy to review your situation with a free consultation.
