Charles V. Firth specializes in employment law, class action, personal injury, and medical malpractice. After graduating cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, Mr. Firth worked in the Washington, DC office of Provost & Umphrey, where he focused on complex civil litigation, including class actions, employment discrimination, FLSA and False Claims Act cases. In 2001, Mr. Firth moved to Cambodia and provided legal services to non-governmental organizations, the Cambodian government, and private sector clients in order to strenghten the rule of law, defend environmental and human rights, and promote democracy and government transperancy. Upon his return from Cambodia, Mr. Firth practiced in New Mexico, and recently moved home to Minneapolis to join Halunen & Associates. Since joining Halunen & Associates, Mr. Firth’s litigation experience has contributed greatly to a number of successful cases.
