Owens-Corning Roofing Shingles Lawsuit
Halunen & Associates and partner law firms have filed a class action lawsuit against roofing shingle manufacturer Owens Corning. The complaint alleges that Owens Corning designed, manufactured, marketed, and sold defective roofing shingles. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Owens Corning intentionally concealed that its shingles routinely deteriorate by cracking, curling, and degranulating long before their warranty expires. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Owens Corning intentionally refused to honor the shingle warranty.
